Refund Policy
Effective date: March 11, 2026
7-day refund window. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, subject to review and approval by TERESIUS AI.
No refund after 7 days. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, including renewal payments, except where required by applicable law.
Initial purchase only. The 7-day refund window applies to the initial purchase only, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by TERESIUS AI.
License revocation on refund. If a refund is granted, your software license and access to related downloads, updates, and services may be revoked immediately. You must stop using the software and delete all licensed copies and related materials in your possession or control.
No partial refunds for unused time. TERESIUS AI does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time, unused downloads, or failure to use the software.
How to request a refund. To request a refund, please contact support and include:
- the email address used for your account;
- the approximate purchase date;
- the reason for your request;
- any relevant payment details needed to identify the transaction.
Review of refund requests. Refund requests are reviewed manually. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
Chargebacks and disputes. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, dispute, or similar payment action, TERESIUS AI may suspend or terminate your access to the software, downloads, updates, and related services.
Policy changes. TERESIUS AI may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the website.
